华星东方承建的上海市崇明生活垃圾焚烧发电项目二期烟气净化工程于2021年10月4日通过72+24小时试运行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Chongming, Shanghai waste incineration plant Phase II passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on October 4, 2021.
该项目设计规模日焚烧处理生活垃圾500吨。焚烧线采用1台500t/d机械炉排炉。烟气净化采用炉内SNCR＋旋转喷雾半干法＋碳酸氢钠干法＋活性炭喷射＋袋式除尘器工艺＋SGH+SCR催化脱硝的处理工艺，为我司EP工程。
The plant capacity is 500 t/d of domestic solid waste. One 500 t/d mechanical grate furnace is adopted for the incineration line. The FGC adopted the treatment process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + sodium bicarbonate dry + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SGH + SCR catalytic denitration. This is an EP project of Huaxing.
