华星东方公司承建的江苏省常州市金坛区生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2022年8月7日通过72+24小时试运行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jintan waste incineration power plant in Changzhou,Jiangsu passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 7, 2022.
该项目建设日处理生活垃圾1500吨，分两期实施：一期工程规模1000t/d（2×500t/d生活垃圾焚烧线+1×25MW汽轮机+1×30MW发电机）。二期工程再增加500t/d（1×500t/d生活垃圾焚烧线+1×12MW汽轮机+1×15MW发电机）。本项目为一期工程，配建飞灰库。本期建设一期工程，预留二期工程扩建场地。烟气净化采用“SNCR（喷氨水）（非我司合同范围内）+半干法（旋转雾化半干反应塔）+干法（喷射消石灰）+活性炭喷射+袋式除尘器”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EP工程。
The plant has a treatment capacity of 1500 tons per day of municipal solid waste and is implemented in two phases. The 1st phase has a capacity of 1000 t/d consisting of 2×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×25 MW steam turbine + 1×30 MW generator. Additional 500 t/d consists of 1×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×12 MW steam turbine + 1×15 MW generator. The plant is phase I with a fly ash silo. Phase I will be constructed and the expansion site of phase II will be reserved. The FGC adopts the process of SNCR with ammonia injection (not in Huaxing scope)+ semi-dry with rotary atomization reaction tower + dry method with slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
